Jupiter
The area was first settled by the Hobe tribe of Native Americans whose village was at the mouth of the Loxahatchee River. This river flows into the ocean at Jupiter Inlet.
One of the most memorable things along this coast is the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. It was built in 1860 and is made of brick.
